Rezzimax® Returns and Warranty Policy

 Chronic pain is different for everyone, so we encourage users to commit to using the Rezzimax® Tuner Pro daily for 60 days to reclaim what chronic pain has taken away. For optimal results, use for a minimum of 1-2 sessions per day at a comfortable intensity. If you’re not satisfied with the level of relief you are experiencing after 60 days, return for a full refund.

Rezzimax® offers a 60 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If for any reason your Tuner Pro does not provide you with the level of relief from chronic pain that you were expecting you may return the Tuner Pro device for a full refund.

If you purchased from the Rezzimax website, call 1-435-374-4630 for an RMA number before returning the product.

If you purchased from an authorized retailer, we encourage you to return the Tuner Pro to that retailer. If the authorized retailer where you purchased the device does not offer a 60-day return policy, please contact Rezzimax® and we will refund the purchase price of the Tuner Pro device up to $549 plus tax, with proof of purchase.

Rezzimax products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the money back guarantee.

Please call 1-435-374-4630 and one of our customer service team members will assist you. If you purchased your Tuner Pro from a healthcare professional, please return your device to that healthcare professional.

 Limited One-Year Warranty

Rezzimax carries a limited one-year warranty for the original purchaser against any technical defects. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.

Rezzimax warrants that the device shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase when the device is used and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the User Manual.

If your device stops functioning or working as intended during the one-year warranty period, please call Rezzimax® Customer Care at 1-435-374-4630 and one of our customer service team members will work with you to understand the issue and give you instructions on how to get your Tuner Pro repaired or replaced, free of charge.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of the device and does not apply to any device that has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligent handling or has been tampered with and/or opened.

Rezzimax®  products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the warranty.
