Foot & Ankle Rezzipe

This Rezzipe supports your body’s natural healing response for foot and ankle pain.

Step 1:

  • Tuner: Wing
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Feet and Toes
Use the Tuner wing to scrape your foot. Start between your toes, making sure to make contact with every bit of skin. Move up to the pad, arch and heel as well as the top of the foot. Scrape in one direction, from the far end of your foot towards your leg.

Step 2:

  • Tuner: Wing
  • Mode/Level: High
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm to Deep
  • Location: Legs
Use the Tuner wing to scrape the entire length of your legs. Begin at your calf and move in an upwards direction. Make sure to cover all surfaces as you work your way up your thigh. Once you're finished, move over to your other leg.

Step 3:

  • Tuner: Accessory Tongs
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 7 Times
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Hip
Place the Tuner on your hip and slide the tongs under your leg so that it stays in place. Stretch out your leg as far as you can and point your toes seven times. Let's switch sides and give your other leg some attention doing the same thing.

Step 4:

  • Mode/Level: Green
  • Duration: 5-10 min
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Calf

Use your black Velcro strap to attach the Tuner to your calf. Make sure to place it high enough that your tongs almost touch your knee. Walk it out for about 5 to 10 minutes. When you're done, do it again on the other calf.

Set the Tuner on the floor in front of your seat. Lightly squeeze the tongs with the instep of your feet and rest your big toes on the wings.
