Advanced Rezzipes - Pregnancy

Step 1

Begin with the Head & Neck Rezzipe.

Step 2

Place on Chest

Step 3

Upper Abdominal Area

Step 4

  • Tuner: Wing
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Back

This step is easier with an assistant. Place the Tuner wing so that it straddles your spine. Scrape in an upwards motion from the base of your spine up to your neck. You will notice that the scraping causes red marks on your back. This is normal, as the Tuner is promoting blood flow to these areas. 

Step 5

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint

Strap the device on the SI joint to help with the loosening up of the area and
pelvis.
