Service Agreement Duration: 2 Years from the Date of Purchase of the Rezzimax Tuner Pro II or Rezzimax Tuner Mini

Overview
This Extended Service Agreement ("Agreement") covers the repair or replacement of the Rezzimax Tuner Pro II or Rezzimax Tuner Mini ("Device") due to mechanical and electrical failures during the term of this Agreement. The Agreement extends the manufacturer's warranty, providing additional protection for a total of two (2) years. -
Eligibility
Only customers who purchase the Device directly from Rezzimax, LLC are eligible for coverage. This Agreement is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. This Agreement must be purchased within thirty (30) days of Device purchase. -
Coverage
The Agreement covers:
- Mechanical and electrical failures that prevent the Device from operating as intended.
- Repairs and/or replacement parts necessary to restore the Device to its original functionality.

Exclusions
The Agreement does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damages caused by natural disasters, fire, water exposure, or power surges.
- Loss or theft of the Device.
- Any accessories or parts not originally included with the Device.
- Repairs or replacements performed by anyone other than an authorized Rezzimax technician or repair center.
- Service Process
- Service Requests: To request service under this Agreement, customers must contact Rezzimax Customer Support at www.rezzimax.com/returns-repairs. The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase.
- Evaluation and Repair: Upon receiving a request, Rezzimax will evaluate the Device to determine if it qualifies for repair or replacement under this Agreement. If covered, Rezzimax will repair or replace the Device at its discretion.
- Replacement Devices: If a replacement Device is provided, it will be of similar functionality and may be refurbished. The replacement Device will continue to be covered under this Agreement for the remaining term.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for using the Device in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Customers must notify Rezzimax within 30 days of experiencing any issue with the Device that may require service under this Agreement.
- If shipping is required, customers are responsible for adequately packaging the Device to prevent damage during transit.
- Limitations of Liability
- Rezzimax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Device.
- The maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the original purchase price of the Device.
- Cancellation and Refund
- This Agreement may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
- After 30 days, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law principles. -
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Rezzimax and the customer regarding the Device's extended service and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing this Extended 2-Year Service Agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
