Bryan Mirabella
Bryan Mirabella is a human performance specialist and the founder of Quantum Fitness, where he leads a brainstem-first approach to breathing, movement, and recovery through cranial nerve optimization and nervous system regulation.
A lifelong athlete with more than 30 years of high-level training experience, Bryan’s early career as a collegiate wrestler and competitive powerlifter gave him firsthand insight into the cost of performance driven by force, compensation, and overtraining. That personal journey led him to shift from a strength-first model to a neurological, restorative framework that prioritizes pressure regulation, sensory accuracy, and efficient motor output.
Bryan is a Master Instructor with Oxygen Advantage and holds advanced training in Restorative Breathing and the WeckMethod. His work is deeply influenced by his mentorship with Lois Laynee and the Dynamic Functional Cranial Nerve Assessment, which forms the foundation of his system for improving sleep, recovery, resilience, focus, and movement efficiency.
He works with a wide spectrum of individuals, from everyday people to elite athletes and high-performing executives, teaching them how to restore natural function by upgrading the neurological blueprint that drives breathing and performance.
Bryan’s mission is to give people the tools to become self-regulating, energy-efficient, and adaptable so their health, movement, and longevity are no longer limited by compensation patterns but supported by a resilient and integrated nervous system.
