Welcoming Mary Jane Mack & Introducing Sharik Peck
Dr. Pat:
Mary Jane, welcome.
Mary Jane:
Thank you. This is such a great show. And today we have someone truly special—my friend Sharik Peck, co-creator of the Rezzimax.
I met Sharik several years ago at a Master Circle seminar. He was demonstrating the device, and I was instantly drawn to it. I knew immediately it was a fabulous technology capable of doing miracles.
Sharik is the founder. He is one of the nicest, most caring people I know. He cares deeply about every individual, and his mission is to share his work so people everywhere can experience optimum health. And he lives that mission.
Rezzimax is now in over 92 countries—right, Sharik?
Sharik:
Yes, somewhere around there.
Mary Jane:
He speaks at seminars all over the United States and the world. He’s connected with top neurologists who, once they discovered what he’d invented, saw how powerful it is—helping people with difficult brain injuries, neurological conditions, ADHD, tremors—helping kids calm down, helping people walk faster. The list goes on.
There’s a huge amount of information on YouTube and on Rezzimax.com. And today, we’re lucky to have Sharik share some of the most important things people can do—starting with calming the vagus nerve, which is the most important thing anyone can do.
And for people who believe nothing will help them—I want you to stay open. Healing is possible. You are not the exception. Please listen with an open heart.
Understanding the Vagus Nerve
Dr. Pat:
Sharik, let’s start with the basics. Why is the vagus nerve so important, and what do we do to calm it?
Sharik:
I'd love to.
I’ve become fascinated with the vagus nerve—the tenth cranial nerve. We have 12 pairs of cranial nerves. They don’t run through the spinal cord, but they regulate the most important functions of the body: sleep, heart rate, breathing, smell, and most of our senses.
The 10th cranial nerve—the vagus nerve—is extraordinary. It connects to most of our major organs and tells the body to pull out the chemicals it needs to produce serotonin, dopamine—all the neurochemicals that regulate our nervous system. It regulates heart rate, rhythm, digestion, sleep—everything needed for healing.
But here’s the issue:
The stress response—often driven by the 5th cranial nerve (the trigeminal nerve)—activates our fight-or-flight system. When that system is running too high for too long, the vagus nerve gets pushed into the background. It’s a survival mechanism, but it prevents healing.
So we’ve spent years working to create the right kind of sensation, resonance, and input to capture the vagus nerve’s attention again—to help it work more efficiently so people sleep deeper, recover more fully, and handle life better.
A Real-Life Example
Dr. Pat:
Let me give the audience a real-life example.
I had a friend who could not stop coughing—like many people after COVID. Her life was impacted in every direction. We went to see Mary Jane. She sat in Mary Jane’s amazing chair, Mary Jane used the Rezzimax, and within 20 minutes—no coughing. None.
If anyone wants to explain how that happened, feel free to call us at 1-800-930-2819.
Mary Jane, you remember that, right?
Mary Jane:
Absolutely. But I’d like Sharik to explain how that works.
How the Device Helps
Sharik:
It really does come back to the vagus nerve.
After COVID, we began seeing a massive disconnect in the cranial nerve system. The body felt something was "off," and coughing became a stress response—almost like a protective warning signal.
When communication between the immune system, autonomic nervous system, and vagus nerve becomes disrupted, symptoms like chronic cough, hiccups, stuttering—these can appear.
So what do we do?
We reintroduce sensory input to the brain. Using the device—sometimes with the mouthpiece—we stimulate the toes, feet, legs, arms, face, head. This helps the brain reorganize itself, like turning a chaotic connect-the-dots page back into a clear picture.
Then we add a gentle harmonic resonance. People often ask the “secret,” and it's simple:
We use the purring harmonic range of a cat.
Cat purring increases bone healing by up to 66%, improves autonomic balance, and supports recovery. The vagus nerve also controls the vocal cords, so resonance is vital.
We calibrated 3,000 points within that harmonic range and built programs—“songs”—that teach the nervous system how to heal, reduce migraines, calm MS symptoms, and more.
It feels like magic, but it's simply tuning the nervous system.
Sharik’s Personal Story
Dr. Pat:
I want to talk about your “why.” Most great inventions have a backstory—some struggle, some pain. Would you share yours?
Sharik:
Absolutely.
When I was two years old, some kids were swinging me and accidentally dropped me. I landed on my head and shoulder. My head was bent to the side for years and no doctor could fix it. Much later we found out I’d actually broken my neck, but it wasn’t visible on early X-rays.
I was eventually helped by a talented chiropractor, but as a teenager I became a wrestler. With instability in my neck, that was dangerous. At 17, during a match, I suffered a massive stroke from a ruptured vertebral artery.
I had paralysis on my left side, double vision, couldn’t speak right, couldn’t feed myself. Over months I regained function, but my brain was never the same. My cerebellum—responsible for awareness and coordination—was severely affected.
That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to brain injury recovery. I became a physical therapist, and for over 30 years I’ve helped people get back on their feet.
But about 15 years ago, in the middle of the night, I received a powerful impression—an understanding that vibration was the key. It was a divine nudge I couldn’t ignore.
Since then, we’ve researched thousands of frequencies, identified the perfect harmonic range, and created a calibrated system now used in nearly 30,000 devices across the world.
My mission for the rest of my life is to help people heal their vagus nerve so they can fully live.
More Success Stories
Dr. Pat:
Mary Jane, you work with so many people. You’ve seen what happens firsthand—like my friend with ringing ears, stomach issues, coughing, everything at once. She couldn’t use other electronic devices because she had an implant—but she could use Resimax.
Can you share what else you’ve seen?
Mary Jane:
I see these kinds of results all the time. And that’s why I asked Sharik to talk about the “difficult” cases. There are people who say, “Nothing works for me.” But when they keep repeating that, they close the door on their own healing.
The truth is—they can be helped, if they'll be open.
Sharik’s Top Difficult Cases
Sharik:
Here are a few:
1. A Broadway actor with MS (10-year history)
Featured recently by a Broadway voice coach using the tuner on his face and head to calm tremors and improve his voice. He contacted us wanting deeper help.
After two months using our tools consistently:
- His symptoms are down 50%
- He completed 12 straight days of 10–12 hour recording sessions
- His doctor reduced his Parkinson’s medication by one-third because his body began working more efficiently
2. A woman with MS (20-year history)
She had been in a wheelchair for two years. After several years with the device:
- She is out of the wheelchair
- Functioning independently
- Hosting her own broadcasts
- Coaching others with MS
- Rarely experiencing symptoms
3. A T10–T11 paraplegic (bicycle accident)
Ten months post-accident—no movement or sensation below the injury.
On day one with us:
- She saw her toes move
- She moved her ankle
Six months later:
- She was walking with forearm crutches
- Taking care of most of her own needs
These cases show what happens when we restore communication between the peripheral and central nervous systems.
Becoming Certified
Dr. Pat:
I want to tell everybody out there—because we have a lot of practitioners who watch the show, especially those of you who listen at this time of day—you can become certified, and Mary Jane can speak to that. This is a way for you to pay it forward and help people heal.
These stories are the kind greatness is built on. Because sometimes, as you know, Mary Jane, people will say, “That is not going to work for me.” But there’s another important aspect to this. On your website, Rezzimax.com, you have a learning section. People can go in, learn, and say, “Okay, I’ve got this. I know what to do.”
Mary Jane also provides powerful insights—things that help people like me who can’t get a gallbladder right one day or struggle with sleep the next. Sometimes, you use the Rezzimax, fall asleep, wake up the next day, and you feel better without even noticing when the shift happened. That’s the power of what we’re talking about. And now we have science behind it—not just anecdotal evidence. Dr. Emoto opened the door when he measured frequency and sound, and that door has never closed. What you both share is grounded in both story and science, isn’t it?
A Library of Rezzimax Resources
Mary Jane: Exactly. I have clients all over the U.S. and the UK, and most of them own their own Rezzimax devices. When I talk to them, I can tell them exactly what to do and how to do it. The great thing is, when you get a Rezzimax, it comes with an online manual that covers all the basics. And if you have more questions, they have a YouTube video for everything. You’re not going to get this device and not know what to do with it. The manual videos are short, simple, and show you exactly what tools to use.
Even the morning wake-up routine—scraping your whole body—takes only 10 minutes. It’s not time-consuming, and you can see results quickly.
Benefits of Daily Scraping
Dr. Pat: Can you talk about that more, Mary Jane? You’ve mentioned it before. It’s on my to-do list today—scraping. To me, it feels like a frequency-clearing flow. Correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s what it seems like: 10 minutes of frequency clearing. And this isn’t about hurting yourself. It’s a gentle approach. And yes—you can even use it on pets, right?
Mary Jane: Absolutely. People think, “I can’t do that; it takes too long.” But it doesn’t. I do it every day. Like Sharik said, you use the Rezzimax to rub between your toes, then you scrape every part of your body—each calf, thigh, your belly, chest, hands, fingers, arms, neck, head, and as much of your back as you can reach.
At our office, Nancy comes in with the Rezzimax and scrapes my back daily. Talk about a wake-up call—you’re ready to go!
Most routines don’t take long. Head and neck treatments don’t take long. It’s just about doing it and getting results.
Rezzimax for Professional Athletes
Dr. Pat: Let me bring up athletes—not just adults. I’m a professional table tennis player (don’t laugh!), and when I don’t use my Rezzimax, I can’t even walk the next day. How does this help athletes? And for parents listening—if your kid plays football or soccer—this is worth paying attention to. What are you seeing in athletic performance?
Sharik: Great question. We’re working with some of the best doctors in the country—and the world—who work with Olympic and professional athletes. I’m learning a lot from watching their methods.
One doctor we work with helps athletes get their brain and body connected so they can interpret internal signals more accurately. He told us about an Olympic athlete who won two gold medals—even though she fractured her heel six weeks before the Olympics. By retraining her sensory system using these techniques, she was able to continue performing despite the initial “danger” signals the body was sending.
Most of us are limited by those early warning sensations: “Stop, we’re in trouble.” But learning to distinguish actual injury from nervous system over-protection helps athletes perform at higher levels.
Another expert—Dr. Sean Drake in Arizona—works with professional golfers, baseball players, and football players. He focuses on helping athletes reconnect their nervous system while in their performance stance. Your table tennis ready-position? Golf stance? Pitching grip? He activates their nervous system in that posture using the Rezzimax. Once the brain senses all the parts better, athletes move faster, react better, and avoid injury more often.
Dr. Pat: Sign me up! I’m preparing for a world championship next year and need all the help I can get. But this also points to the intuitive side of this. When my best friend sees me use my Rezzimax, she asks, “What are you doing?” And I say, “It just feels good.” This isn’t only for adults, right? Pets, kids—even horses?
Sharik: Absolutely.
Mary Jane: Yes—even horses!
Resonance as a Complementary Therapy
Dr. Pat: I also have a listener question: How can the Rezzimax be used alongside treatments like IVs for rheumatoid arthritis or cancer? Can it complement those treatments?
Sharik: Great question. Absolutely—it can help. Working from the feet, toes, and fingers can significantly reduce neuropathy from cancer treatments. It improves communication through the vagus nerve, which helps keep the body functioning and balances the hemispheres of the brain. This is incredibly helpful for nonverbal children or adults on the spectrum.
This communication system is always running in the background and helps us recover from everything we go through. When the nervous system is balanced, treatments become more effective because the body directs support exactly where it’s needed.
We’ve seen people with rheumatoid arthritis get back on the floor playing with grandkids after just a couple of months of using the Rezzimax on their hands, feet, arms, and legs.
But the bottom line is: people need to feel it for themselves. Then they won’t ask, “What are you doing?” They’ll ask, “How do I get one?”
Choosing the Right Tuner for You
Dr. Pat: Mary Jane, talk about the two devices you offer.
Sharik: The Tuner Pro II has a “little brain” on it and tuning fork outputs for left/right brain and spinal cord input. Our Mini device works on cranial nerves—teeth, mouth, tongue, eyes—getting them all communicating properly. You can even put it inside a soft Highland cow stuffed animal on a timer to soothe a child or adult to sleep.
Both devices use 3,000 frequency points and run them through patterns or algorithms. All of the training for our devices is public. You can do the training before ever owning one, but it helps to have one in hand.
We have fanny packs, extremity straps, and headbands so you can wear the device while walking or doing balance work. And yes—we have specials right now.
Mary Jane: For animals, we put a Rezzimax in the fanny pack and wrap it around our dog. If we pull out the Rezzimax, he comes running because he wants his session first!
Sharik: You can find the specials on our website.
Dr. Pat: Don’t wait. Rezzimax can help everyone—kids, adults, animals. Start the new year with outstanding wellness and believe in yourself.
Improving Brain Function
I want to end with a question I get all the time: How do I improve brain function? I work 60 hours a week, I have kids—how do I get my brain working better?
People don’t always understand the vagus nerve is directly connected to brain function.
Mary Jane: CEOs call me asking this exact question. Go ahead, Sharik.
Sharik: Last week I worked with someone who had died three times in recent months. She’d lost 80 pounds and her nervous system was shutting down. Her heart and lungs weren’t functioning well and she was on oxygen 100% of the time.
We started using the device over her organs—gentle circles over the gallbladder, liver, stomach—all techniques Mary Jane taught us. The next day she sent me a note: “Besides sleeping for hours after the treatment, the brain fog I’ve had for months is gone. I’m thinking clearly and seeing clearly for the first time in four months.”
There are so many people with long-haul COVID and chronic issues who think brain fog is normal. It doesn’t have to be. When you balance cranial nerves and bring the prefrontal cortex back online, that fog lifts.

Dr. Pat: Before we close—Mary Jane, how can people reach you?
Mary Jane: Call 425-392-0659 or visit maryjanemack.com. You can also visit Rezzimax.com or search YouTube for “Rezzimax” to find all the videos you need.
Sharik has created so many resources. We're fortunate to have him. Be the best you can be and change your life with Rezzimax.
Dr. Pat: Sharik, what do you want to leave people with?
Sharik: Hope. Healing starts with hope. If you have hope, we can teach you how to get your eyes functioning better, how to connect your systems, how to heal. It’s all possible.
Dr. Pat: Thank you both. We’ve barely scratched the surface. There’s a reason I take the Rezzimax with me when I go to sleep—but that’s for another show. This show will replay and be in our archives. Share it, pay it forward, pass it on, and call Mary Jane.
We’ll see you next time. Thank you.
