App Troubleshooting - Non-Responsive Tuner

Is your Tuner Mini and the app not getting along? Let's give it a Tune Up!

1. Make sure your phone is running the latest operating system and that you have the most recent version of the Rezzimax App installed.
2. Open the Rezzimax App. You should have a prompt that says, "Let's Sync Your Device" and a toggle switch labeled "Normal." Go ahead and move the switch so that it turns red and displays "Fix Mode." 
   
   
3. A warning message will come up. Go ahead and tap on "Yes" to enter into Fix Mode.
   
4. Fix Mode will search for any Tuner Minis that need to be recalibrated and connect with it automatically. You'll receive a prompt asking if you'd like to send the OS. Go ahead and click the "Send OS" button. The app will proceed to update the Tuner Mini. Once it's done you'll see an "Update Complete" message.
   
   
   

App Troubleshooting - Firmware Update

1. Once the Tune Up is completed, the App will check the firmware version on your Tuner Mini. If an update is available, you'll receive a notification prompting you to do so. Tap the "Update" button, and a screen will pop up with an option to "Send OS". Tap this option and wait for the firmware update to complete.
