Dysmenorrhea Rezzipe (Menstrual Cramps)

Step 1

Place the tongs on both sides of the neck with the Tuner resting against the spine. Hold the Tuner in place with your head. With a light amount of pressure, slowly, rotate your head from side to side, keeping pressure against the Tuner. Keep the Tuner in place for 2 minutes. For extra support, you can place the Rezzimax Neck Pillow behind your Tuner.

Step 2

Apply a light amount of pressure with the tongs under the jaw, holding the Tuner with both hands.

Step 3

Set the Tuner on the floor in front of your seat. Lightly squeeze the tongs with the instep of your feet and rest your big toes on the wings.

Step 4:

Place the Tuner inside the Runner's Pack and place the mesh side against the lower back. Feel free to get up and move around while the Tuner is working.

Open up the tongs and place them on the base of your stomach. Rest the Tuner pointing towards your chest.
