Return and Repair Policy

Rezzimax® is committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of their Rezzimax Pain Tuner Pro product(s). We offer a 60-day trial period, during which you may return the device for any reason for a full refund. The consumer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred during the return process. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

The standard manufacturer’s warranty for the Rezzimax Tuner Pro product is 1 year from the date of purchase.

In addition, if repairs are needed within the 60-day money-back guarantee period, Rezzimax will pay for return shipping.
