Return and Repair Policy

Rezzimax® is committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of their Rezzimax Pain Tuner Pro product(s). We offer a 60-day trial period, during which you may return the device for any reason for a full refund. The consumer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred during the return process.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. The entirety of the Pain Tuner Pro II Kit must be returned to receive a full refund. Partial refunds are processed for partial Pain Tuner Pro II Kit returns.

The standard manufacturer’s warranty for the Rezzimax Tuner Pro product is 1 year from the date of purchase. Repairs requested outside of the warranty are processed for a fee of $50-$100 plus shipping and handling, depending upon the extent of the damage. Only product(s) in need of repair need to be shipped; not the entire Pain Tuner Pro II Kit.

In addition, if repairs are needed within the 60-day money-back guarantee period, Rezzimax will pay for return shipping.
