Brachial Plexus - Rezzimax & Stimpod Rezzipes

Restore mobility and relieve tension with this step-by-step Rezzipe for treating the brachial plexus using the Rezzimax Tuner and Stimpod. This dynamic combination blends resonance therapy with targeted neurostimulation to help release nerve entrapments, improve circulation, and support optimal nerve function.

By using both tools together, you can:

  • Reduce nerve irritation and pain by calming hypersensitive pathways
  • Improve shoulder, arm, and hand mobility with enhanced neuromuscular activation
  • Accelerate healing and recovery by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation

Follow this guide to experience the synergistic effects of vibration and electrical stimulation for improved nerve health and function!

Don't forget to place your tongue between your teeth and hum gently while you use the Stimpod and Tuner, while breathing out for four times as long as you breathe in. This helps your vagus nerve to magnify the positive effects.

Step 1:

  • Device: Stimpod NMS 460, Stimulation Probe and Cables, Electrode Pad, Conductive Treatment Gel
  • mA/Hz: 3-5 mA/2 Hz
  • Duration: 3 Minutes
  • Location: Brachial Plexus (Between Neck & Shoulder)

Setting Up

Connect the green plug of the cable into the top port of the Stimpod. Next, pull out a square electrode and remove the plastic, exposing the adhesive. With the red clip attached to the metal snap on the pad. Place the grounding pad on your right middle finger. Now that you're all wired up, grab the Stimpod and turn it on.

Stimpod Operation

You can use the button on the top left to adjust the intensity of the pulses. The button on the top right adjusts the frequency of the pulses and should be set at two hertz. You'll use the scroll wheel in the center of the device to make smaller adjustments as needed.

Pick up the stimulation probe and add a small amount of conductive treatment gel to the tip. This will improve the connection between the Stimpod and your body.

Place the probe on the right brachial plexus, moving it from the lower neck through the upper shoulder and into the arm until you’re able to find the point with the strongest connection. Turn up the intensity of the Stimpod until you find a level that produces a strong tapping sensation, but isn't painful or pinching. Keep it in place for three minutes, then move the grounding pad to your left middle finger and repeat this step on the left brachial plexus.

Step 2:

  • Device: Rezzimax Tuner & Clear Tip
  • Mode/Level: Green Mode or Comfortable Level
  • Duration: 2 Minutes in Each Location
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Axilla (Armpit)

Place the tip of the Tuner on the pectoralis minor and major muscles in the front area of your left armpit. Keep it here for two minutes.

Now move the Tuner to the subscapularis located in the center of the armpit. It should be tender there. Move the Tuner up and down this area, which is about the width of your hand. Do this for two minutes. Now repeat this step on the right side.
