Spread tuning forks to furthest position and place on cheekbones. Hold for 20-30 seconds, while performing the humming technique (see stimulating vagus nerve link above), then open and close your mouth, slowly, 5-6 times to all the Eustachian tubes to drain.
Adjust tuning forks to 1-2 inches apart and press Tuner against forehead. Again, hold for 20-30 seconds while performing the humming technique.
Pinch tuning forks all the way together. Press Tuner against top of nose, applying pressure towards top of forehead. Repeat the humming technique for 20-30 seconds.
